Refund policy

If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns:

Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return: Email us at duranteclothes@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Return Shipping:

• Defective or incorrect items: Durante Clothing covers return shipping at no cost to you.
• Fit or preference returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange for a different size if stock is available. Reach out before sending your item back.

Preorders: Preorder items follow the same return policy once delivered. Please note that preorder ETAs are estimates and may shift slightly.

Final Sale: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
